They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team.
Fully remote position but based in South Africa.
The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Answer all incoming calls.
ΓΒ Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours.
ΓΒ Provide timely responses to queries that come in our texting platform.
ΓΒ Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary.
ΓΒ Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start.
ΓΒ Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services.
ΓΒ Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed.
ΓΒ Non-urgent Admin projects if time allows.
Requirements
Skills
ΓΒ Fluent in English
ΓΒ Compassionate and confident
ΓΒ Responsible and reliable
ΓΒ 10+ yearsΓΒ work experience in customer service + office duties.
ΓΒ Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
ΓΒ Impeccable phone and computer skills
ΓΒ Staffing and/or health care experience
ΓΒ Experience working remotely and independently to the USA.
ΓΒ Quiet and professional work-from-home environment
ΓΒ Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
