Skills
ΓΒ Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets preferred
ΓΒ Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is a plus
ΓΒ Excellent familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
ΓΒ Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
ΓΒ Good command of English, both oral and written, along with customer service skills
ΓΒ Great attention to detail
ΓΒ Ability to work a rotating roster
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Input data from various sources into our company database
ΓΒ Review data for errors or redundancies
ΓΒ Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
ΓΒ Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
ΓΒ Update customer information in a secure manner
ΓΒ Organize existing data across multiple spreadsheets
ΓΒ Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
ΓΒ Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database
Qualifications
ΓΒ No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
ΓΒ A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
ΓΒ Successful candidates will complete a four-week training program
Education Requirements
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields a plus
