POSITION DETAILS:
รย Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
รย Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours can be taken on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time
รย Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China
รย Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes)
รย Remuneration: Set base rate of 12 USD per hour
รย Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company
รย Location: Embrace the convenience of working from home
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
รย Deliver engaging English lessons to kids students
รย Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment
รย Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework
Requirements
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
รย Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field)
รย Accredited, completed 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TEYL
รย 2 years of teaching experience
รย English first language speakers from the USA or Canada.
รย Computer literate with a clear criminal record
รย Engaging and inspiring communication skills
รย Punctual and precise timekeeping

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
รย PC specifications: Intel Core i5 (Use the "" box below). (4 CPUs) or greater, 8GB RAM or greater
รย Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 4-5 hours (2000VA)
รย Internet connection: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
รย Accessories:
Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
