Job Overview
We are in search of committed and customer-focused service representatives to become an integral part of our remote workforce. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions to our esteemed clients on a daily basis. Your role will involve consistently making outbound calls for diverse programs and projects, accurately documenting all customer interactions, and upholding the integrity of company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Perform typing and data entry tasks
ΓΒ Upsell products and services effectively
ΓΒ Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer context
ΓΒ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign-related products, services, and promotions
Required Skills
ΓΒ One year of experience in a call center environment, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripts (mandatory for remote applicants)
ΓΒ Clear, professional, and approachable verbal communication
ΓΒ Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills
ΓΒ Exceptional attendance and punctuality record
ΓΒ Sales experience is an advantage
ΓΒ High school diploma or GED
ΓΒ Fundamental computer skills and proficiency are essential
ΓΒ Preferred experience in an outbound call setting
Qualifications

ΓΒ At least one year of call center experience, with exposure to automatic dialers and call scripting as a necessity for remote candidates
