Job Description
The VP, Head of Key Accounts, is responsible for leading the strategy to grow a client portfolio with a team of best-in-class sales professionals. This sales professional will lead the charge to grow revenue from existing accounts. THIS IS A WORK AT HOME (USA) ROLE.
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Leads the sales strategy for the account portfolio
ΓΒ Responsible for growing revenue from new business sales within existing clients
ΓΒ Champion the effort to grow and maintain the corporation's primary and long-term revenue base
ΓΒ Develop a thorough understanding of prospect or client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with client executive management
ΓΒ Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions
ΓΒ Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Management; Operations and other departments to ensure the client's expectations are exceeded
ΓΒ Analyze customer and market intelligence back to Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance regarding Concentrix strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on sales pursuit interactions
ΓΒ Monitor economic and legal trends that could affect sales
ΓΒ Maintain and update salesforce.com database with sales pursuit information
ΓΒ Manages a best in industry sales team
Qualifications include proven experience in leading a top-tier sales team to success.
ΓΒ Customer Experience Solutions sales experience is highly desired
ΓΒ Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with industry impact
ΓΒ Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal.
ΓΒ Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
ΓΒ Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
ΓΒ Mastery of the organization's business operations and industry. Externally recognized as subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices
ΓΒ External Thought Leader with proven ability to significantly influence
ΓΒ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
ΓΒ Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with fifteen or more years related experience preferred
The annual base salary range for this position is $172,800- $259,200 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
