Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?We are looking for a qualified and organized operations analyst to join our team. The operations analyst will study our organizational workflows and processes to recommend and implement changes in order to increase revenue and production. The ideal candidate will be able to translate data and evaluate operations to develop and advise on new projects to all levels of staff. The operations analyst will also research and compare multiple avenues of workflows, assist in all department analysis, and conduct internal audits.
Operations Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
ΓΒ Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations
ΓΒ Evaluate operations procedures and processes
ΓΒ Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign
ΓΒ Apply statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to analyze current procedures
ΓΒ Recommend strategies and develop new procedures
ΓΒ Implement tests processes, policies, and protocols
ΓΒ Research market and industry trends and patterns
ΓΒ Perform operations analysis for all technologies and projects
ΓΒ Prepare detailed reports of workflow research and improvements
ΓΒ Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
ΓΒ Create set company standards and reporting structures
ΓΒ Conduct investigative internal audits and create reports of findings
ΓΒ Develop workflows to increase production and revenue
ΓΒ Be stand in for open Plant Manager positions or coverage for Plant Manager absences

ΓΒ Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred
ΓΒ 3-5 years experience in operations and manufacturing environments
ΓΒ Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
ΓΒ Comfortable with database administration skills and resources
ΓΒ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
ΓΒ Goal-oriented, organized team player
ΓΒ Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
ΓΒ Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
ΓΒ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Pays strict attention to detail
ΓΒ Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
ΓΒ Developmental role for Plant Manager position in 12-24 months
