In the role of QA Tester & Support, you will partner with PMs and software developers to create and run tests, identify bugs or areas of improvement, and provide feedback. You will provide ongoing support to help customers be successful and maximize their return on the product.
Key Qualifications
รย Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a QC or QA role
รย Advanced experience with Apple hardware and software
รย Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
รย Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and isolating issues
รย Familiar with bug tracking tools and test case management tools
รย Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented
รย Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to respond quickly and clearly
รย Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Description
Testing / QA
รย Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality and error-free solutions
รย Anticipating and testing dependencies such as new software and hardware releases
รย Documenting comprehensive and reproducible unit tests
รย Creating and sourcing test assets
รย Reviewing up to 8 projects at a time
รย Ensuring projects adhere to strict security standards
Support
รย Onboarding new users including performing demos and holding office hours
รย Creating support documentation such as user guides and release notes
รย Responding to support tickets
รย Managing access groups
รย Administering application pages and ensuring releases are up-to-date
Education & Experience
