Key Responsibilities
 Respond to incoming calls from members, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
 Conduct triage assessments over the phone and during home visits.
 Collaborate with on-call physicians and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.

Qualifications
 Possession of a valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
 A current driverÂs license is mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

 Hourly Rate for Home Visits: $45.00
