Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to facilitate engaging online conversations with customers regarding automotive and recreational vehicle inquiries, including sales, service, financing, and general dealership questions. Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat
ΓΒ Deliver accurate information about our products and services
ΓΒ Schedule appointments based on customer needs
ΓΒ Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
ΓΒ Capture customer contact details for effective lead generation
ΓΒ Summarize customer interactions for analytical purposes and client review
Required Skills

Qualifications

ΓΒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ΓΒ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
ΓΒ Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
