Pay: $20-$25/hour
Location: Bartlesville (on-site)
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish
ΓΒ Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs
ΓΒ Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers
ΓΒ Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity
ΓΒ Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
Skills and Qualifications:
ΓΒ Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
ΓΒ Attention to detail, team player and self-starter
ΓΒ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
