Do you want to be part of incredible teams of diverse and talented professionals?The Disney Signature Experiences Intern Program is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Emerging Businesses, Disney Institute)!
This internship position is based in Orlando, Florida.
What You Will Do
As a Disney Signature Experiences Sales intern, you will support the team with current projects providing phenomenal guest service. Some of the responsibilities will include:
ΓΒ Focus on sales related work
ΓΒ Work on a project that will impact the business
ΓΒ Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
ΓΒ Assist Disney Vacation Club Sales team with engaging potential clients
ΓΒ Problem-solve and collaborate
ΓΒ Collect insights from industry leaders on how we create unforgettable experiences
ΓΒ Work with communications team
Upon completion of the internship, interns could be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2026.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ΓΒ Sales, Communications and/or Customer Service Experience
ΓΒ Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively (verbally and visually)
ΓΒ Handle multiple tasks and activities
ΓΒ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
ΓΒ Self-Starter with the ability to work on a fast paced, flexible team
ΓΒ Work in outdoor elements within Theme Parks and/or Resorts
Preferred Qualifications
ΓΒ Passion for the Disney brand
Education
ΓΒ Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2025) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program
ΓΒ Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
ΓΒ This internship is from May-August 2025
ΓΒ Must be 18 years of age
ΓΒ Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Program
ΓΒ Must possess unrestricted work authorization
ΓΒ The internship is primarily an on-site position.
ΓΒ Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Orlando, FL area
