Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field.
ΓΒ Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
ΓΒ Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures.
Requirements:
ΓΒ Previous experience in a medical customer service role.
ΓΒ Availability to work full-time on weekends
ΓΒ Type 40 wpm
ΓΒ Microsoft Office
Equipment Requirements:
ΓΒ Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor.
ΓΒ Hardwired internet connection.
ΓΒ Headset.
ΓΒ Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
