Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance
ΓΒ Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries
ΓΒ Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information
ΓΒ Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks
ΓΒ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
ΓΒ Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
ΓΒ Provide multilingual support when necessary
ΓΒ Support customers with cash handling transactions
ΓΒ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications
ΓΒ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
ΓΒ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
ΓΒ Strong communication skills both verbal and written
ΓΒ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
ΓΒ Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
ΓΒ Knowledge of customer support practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,862.00 - $60,356.00 per year
