As an Application Analyst for our Business Planning & Strategy team you will work on a number of exciting projects such as creating analytical tools for business stakeholders to dive deep into their business performance, create advanced and automated predictive models across the business and create insightful analyses that form the foundation of our business plans. You will be part ofร a small and dynamic team with a significant charter that spans our global business, providing you many opportunities to make a meaningful impact.Key job responsibilities
รย Provide data management processes such as accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, organizing data and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization for business performance
รย Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems
รย Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
รย Taking ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies
รย Building and managing related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes
รย Monitoring existent metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities
รย Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation
รย Generating complex queries to dive deep on process issues
รย Innovating to improve internal customer experience
