As a Consultant focusing on the Platform Professional Services team, you'll spearhead key efforts and become a trusted advisor to customers by answering... technical questions, demonstrating Falcon Platform and it's capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of Falcon Platform and/or Identity roadmap for customers to follow. The role will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform & applications.
We are currently reviewing applications from candidates based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
What You'll Do
Deployment and Operational Services activities may include:
ΓΒ Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike platform and associated applications
ΓΒ Troubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprises
ΓΒ Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies
ΓΒ Install CrowdStrike software both remotely and physically
ΓΒ Develop scripts and processes around software deployment
ΓΒ Plan and report software deployment status
ΓΒ Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
ΓΒ Leveraging CrowdStrike applications (Spotlight and Discover as an example) provide support to customers in vulnerability and asset management
ΓΒ Assist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools
ΓΒ Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 5 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment, as well as experience with the following:
ΓΒ Deep understanding of software deployment technologies
ΓΒ Experience with the following technologies: Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, SSO, MFA
ΓΒ Familiar with security concepts related to Identity and Access management including: Role-based Access Control, Conditional Access, Authentication Solutions, and Policy Enforcement
ΓΒ Highly knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
ΓΒ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
ΓΒ Good communication and collaboration skills
ΓΒ Broad experience in computer and network systems security
ΓΒ Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
ΓΒ High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven
ΓΒ Potential for extensive travel and assignment work exists (i.e. 3 month rotation at client site).
