TekSystems is hiring for a remote medical data entry specialist for a nationwide revenue cycle company!Description
ΓΒ The Client Coordinator is responsible for working through CMS portals, processing the cases and entering into the database. They will be reviewing for eligibility.
ΓΒ This position is responsible for data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, and filing. All duties are handled with a high degree of quality customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards
ΓΒ Handles and responds promptly to inquiries from clients emails regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information
ΓΒ Utilizes appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examine information and or retrieve information as needed
ΓΒ Pulls medical records from clients external site and uploads into internal database
ΓΒ Ensure everything on the Medical Record is there and filled out properly
ΓΒ From there the medical record will be assigned to a reviewer to provide insight on a certain treatment or diagnosis to help the insurance company decide whether to approve or deny a claim

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
Additional Skills & Qualifications
ΓΒ 1+ year of data entry experience
ΓΒ 1+ year of patient access experience
ΓΒ Must have reliable internet
ΓΒ High school diploma
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
