XPaydite is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Payment Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in India. As a Sr. Executive, you will play a pivotal role in day to day operations, supporting, launching, and operating our executive team and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payments, and wants to make a significant impact in the fintech industry.Key responsibilities:
ΓΒ Knowledge of merchant onboarding and KYC procedures
ΓΒ Understanding of PCI DSS framework
ΓΒ Knowledge of Dispute/Chargeback Management Process
ΓΒ Experience of bank and partner integrations
ΓΒ Responsible for coordinating the work within the team
ΓΒ Respond/resolve to customer inquiries related to payment issues email
ΓΒ Provide support to merchants for any onboarding or payment related issues
ΓΒ Reconcile Accounts payable and Accounts receivables transactions and bank transactions reconciliation
ΓΒ Analyse data proactively to identify any potential frauds and corresponding change in fraud rules
ΓΒ Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new software features and updates
ΓΒ Manage project timelines and deliverables
ΓΒ Work as a project manager to provide project task effort estimates and ongoing status updates
ΓΒ Collaborate with partners and internal teams including developers to ensure project success
ΓΒ Ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated
ΓΒ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
ΓΒ Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
ΓΒ Documenting /communicating functional requirements for dev teams to meet business needs
ΓΒ Ensuring operational compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, Data Privacy etc.
ΓΒ Implements solutions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Other responsibilities:
ΓΒ Implement best practices for security, data protection, and code quality.
ΓΒ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior employees.
Preference will be given to candidate with Immediate joiners and Technical and/or post-graduates
Qualification: Any graduate. Post graduate or Technical qualifications will be preferred.
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in a payments company is must
Overall Experience: 5 years +
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
