As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through our live chat system, assisting them with inquiries about our exquisite jewelry collections and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.Key Responsibilities
รย Engage with customers via live chat, providing friendly and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
รย Assist customers with order inquiries, including processing, shipping information, and returns
รย Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
รย Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in our system to assist with future inquiries
รย Stay informed about our product offerings and company policies to provide informed assistance

Requirements
