Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to join our team. In this crucial role, you will serve as the online point of contact for customers, delivering information regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general inquiries related to our dealership clients. Your primary focus will be to represent our clients favorably and convert online... interactions into valuable leads that drive revenue for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
ΓΒ Provide precise and timely information about products and services
ΓΒ Assist in scheduling appointments by narrowing down customer needs
ΓΒ Develop and sustain a thorough knowledge base of our continuously evolving offerings
ΓΒ Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation
ΓΒ Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client reporting
Required Skills
ΓΒ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
ΓΒ Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred)
ΓΒ Strong aptitude for multitasking; prior gaming experience is advantageous
ΓΒ Basic familiarity with internet and window-based computer operations
ΓΒ Positive, professional demeanor and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
ΓΒ Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory
ΓΒ High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required
ΓΒ A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process
ΓΒ 2+ years in an office environment, customer interaction, or call center experience is preferred
