Join Medic Management Virtual Call Center team as a full-time or part-time telephone interviewer and earn extra cash remotely!We are looking for talented Call Center Representative positions to receive in-bound, client-scripted phone calls and to complete the data entry of names, addresses, phone numbers, and other pertinent information. The ideal Call Center Representative candidate must be confident and comfortable in multitasking (talking to customers while navigating and entering account information).
Job Requirements:
ΓΒ Must be 18 years or older
ΓΒ Ability to read and speak clearly
ΓΒ Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
ΓΒ Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately and efficiently type answers into the CompanyΓΒs survey software platform
ΓΒ Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy is preferred
ΓΒ Ability to sit and type for majority of shift
ΓΒ Ability to provide own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam etc.)
ΓΒ Have a dedicated... quiet working space that is free of distractions to conduct business
