Medix's Texas-based client is looking for Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work fully remote!! Apply if qualified and interested!ΓΒ MUST be Certified within the state of Texas
ΓΒ MUST live within the state of Texas
ΓΒ MUST be able to commit to the 4-week training period without any time off
ΓΒ Training is M-F 8 to 5 PM CST
Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician
Duration: Contract to hire - 800 hrs (5-6 months) before converting to full time employee status
Location: REMOTE
Pay: $18.50

Shift 1M/Tues/Th/Fri2:30 pm - 11pm
Shift 2Tues/W/TH/Sat11:30 am - 8pm
Shift 3Tues/W/TH/Sat9:30 - 8
Shift 4Tues/W/TH/Sun9:30 - 8
Shift 5M-F2:30 - 11pm
Overview
ΓΒ Speaking to patients 100% of the time on the phone or through messaging to provide their medications needs.
ΓΒ Addressing billing issues by preparing and submitting third-party insurance claims.
ΓΒ Troubleshooting complex pharmacy cases.
ΓΒ Delivering extraordinary customer service while handling patient escalations.
ΓΒ Work closely with doctors' office to manage refill requests, prior authorizations and coverage determinations.
Skills & Qualifications
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent
ΓΒ 1+ years of CPhT experience
ΓΒ 1+ years of Pharmacy Billing experience
ΓΒ 1+ years of Customer Service experience
ΓΒ Active CPhT license/good standing with Texas Board of Pharmacy
Nice to Have Skills
ΓΒ Fertility Pharmacy experience
ΓΒ Prior remote work experience
ΓΒ Macbook/Apple product experience
