Job Responsibilities
ΓΒ Perform inbound and outbound calls
ΓΒ Educate and build rapport with customers
ΓΒ Consult with customers to answer customer inquiries
ΓΒ Help setup customer accounts and verify banking and employment information
ΓΒ Process customer payments and request payments
ΓΒ Excellent service while achieving quality results
Required Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
ΓΒ High School Diploma or GED
ΓΒ Fluent in English
ΓΒ Good communication skills
ΓΒ Cheerful attitude
ΓΒ Ability to learn new skills
ΓΒ Generally computer savvy
ΓΒ Self-motivated to improve skills and add value
ΓΒ Good attendance and punctuality
ΓΒ Basic mathematical skills
Schedule and Hours
ΓΒ Flexible work schedules.
ΓΒ Call Center Hours: Monday Friday from 7:00 am 6:00 pm and rotating every other Saturday 8:00 am 2:00 pm.
