This is a full time remote position and will be expected to be available during evening hours until 8pm Pacific Time.

The right person for this role will love talking and connecting with people, and be extremely comfortable on the phones. This role would be perfect for someone with Medical or Dental office experience who wants a remote job, but is highly dependable, responsible, and on top of their duties! With that said, it is not required, I will be prioritizing people with a sales background over a medial / dental background if it comes down to it. So if you don't have medical experience specifically, but have a lot of sales experience, we will still consider you!

Responsibilities:
• Field inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat to schedule patient appointments.
• Address client questions and concerns and handle objections
• Effectively schedule in patients for dental implant consultations at a high clip
• Effectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflows
• Familiarize yourself with our working script and your assigned locations
• Book and manage appointments for our clients
• Respond to leads inside of our CRM

Experience:
• Prior experience in sales is required
• Prior experience in Dental or Medical Intake/Care coordination is a must!
• Prior phone/chat/email customer support experience is required.
• Ability to learn new technology & softwares quickly
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Strong confidence in handling objections
• Knowledge of Insurance, HIPAA Compliance, and Med/Dental Financing Options a plus!
• Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANA
• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and care
