Duties:
ΓΒ Distributes all benefitenrollmentmaterials and determines eligibility
ΓΒ Handle incoming customer service calls
ΓΒ Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
ΓΒ Accept customer calls and return customer
ΓΒ Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests
ΓΒ Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
ΓΒ Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
