Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour
• 50-cent raise after 90 days
• Sign-on bonuses at 90 days and 180 days

Responsibilities
• Ensure and arrange coverage with direct support professionals
• Provide at-home care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Offer person-centered support, helping clients achieve their goals and providing emotional assistance
• Work on weekends, typically from 4:00 pm, Friday to 9:00 am, Monday

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Satisfactory background check and drug test
• Completion of certification requirements as necessary
• Eligibility for employment in the United States
• Experience with DSP work and habilitation preferred
