This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United StatesThe Data Entry Clerk will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our coordination team.
Please note that this is a remote position, you must have your own high speed internet connection
Responsibilities for Data Entry
รย Enter personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
รย Review all data for errors and report and unusually findings to management
รย Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs
รย Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry
รย Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
รย Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon
รย Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes
รย File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
Qualifications
รย High school diploma or equivalent degree is required
รย Knowledge of office computer systems and software
รย Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers
รย Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
รย Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
