This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United StatesOur team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this entry-level opportunity at NDX Lord's Dental Lab in De Pere, Wisconsin for a Data Entry Clerk. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!
The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!
Daily:
รย Enter work orders into computer for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each case
รย Contact accounts with any delivery conflicts
รย Organize work throughout lab and deliver to departments
รย Verifies the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket and other applicable notes.
รย Assists with FedEx, UPS and USPS
รย Answers the telephone and provides customer service when needed
รย Assists with nightly cleanup of area as required
รย All other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills:
รย Basic functional computer, printer, fax, postage machine and credit card processing machines
รย Verbally communicate with all levels of staff
Other Responsibilities:
รย Send out prescription forms, boxes and labels
รย Restock work area and general cleaning
รย Help where needed as directed by your supervisor
รย Follow all safety rules and regulations. (Gloves, mask & eyewear)
Essential Function:
รย Perform tasks in a standing and sitting workstation
รย Work efficiently with department to complete daily requirements
