We are seeking bright, articulate, and self-motivated candidates who have a desire to grow their sales career. Selected candidates will have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm demonstrating initiative and professionalism. Our Inside Service Sales Representatives are responsible for a targeted territoryโ€™s service revenue, selling service contract renewals, upselling services, and selling professional services and training.

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for renewal quoting and upselling in a specified region/territory

ยท

Attain monthly/quarterly/annual quota on assigned region/territory

ยท

Weekly forecasting/commit โ€“ Service

ยท

Team with Partners to cross-sell and up-sell services into existing customer base - create incremental pipeline and revenue

ยท

Create pro-active and re-active quotes for customers and partners as well as facilitate any special pricing requests; verifying serial numbers and RMA's

ยท

Manage service contracts/renewals for customers in assigned region/territory

ยท

Manage service sales campaigns and promotions for assigned region/territory

ยท

Close on time all service renewal opportunities

ยท

Regular pipeline and opportunity reporting both internally and externally, including SalesForce accuracy

ยท

Spot product upsell opportunities and work with the product account team

ยท

Work with internal teams to protect data integrity and manage service orders

Requirements:

ยท

2+ years in Inside Sales experience required

ยท

Strong telephone communications skills comfortable calling on clients

ยท

Should have a desire to grow your career in Service Sales utilizing Consultative Sales techniques

ยท

Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment

ยท

College Degree preferred

ยท

Interest and knowledge of software/hardware technologies preferred

ยท

Experience with Computer Networking technologies a bonus

ยท

Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor

ยท

Experience with SalesForce.com required

ยท

Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

ยท

Strong verbal and written skills

ยท

Up to 5% travel requirement
