Nimble is looking for a motivated, self starting and experienced Operations Professional to join our growing Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring port forwarding setups, whitelisting IP addresses, and automating manual processes using robotic process automation (RPA) applications or scripts. Additionally, familiarity with making API requests and scripting to submit files to an SFTP server is required. This role will play a crucial part in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across departments within Nimble.
You will:
Configure and maintain port forwarding setups on our clients’ network to enable vendor integrationsUtilize RPA applications such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflowsCollaborate with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and technologiesMonitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityWrite scripts to submit files securely to SFTP servers and manage file transfers efficiently What you bring:
3+ years of experience in configuring port forwarding setups, whitelisting IP addresses, and automating manual processesBachelor's degreeProficiency in at least one RPA software such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or AppianScripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and process optimizationFamiliarity with network security principles and best practicesAbility to work independently and drive initiatives across departmentsInnovative mindset with a passion for driving process improvements in a growing company What's in it for you:
