- Description:
- Supervising SFA Specialists in the Origination Department
- Overseeing the SFA application pipeline and workflows
- Working directly with clients to support them during their application process
- Collaborating with the Director of Origination on SFA Policy
- Assessing program barriers, identifying needs, and proposing solutions to the Director of Origination
- As necessary, leading EPC meetings and providing EPCs with status updates on applications
- Interfacing with various SFA stakeholders including but not limited to SFA Clients, EPCs, EPC Managers, Community Engagement Specialists, and Origination Personnel.
- Maintaining EPCs engaged and collecting necessary documents to move client applications forward
- Ability to generate and execute general reporting as needed
- Responsible for escalating client situations to appropriate stakeholders
- Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Vast experience in the solar industry (ie working with solar installer, discussing solar options with clients, vetting solar project designs)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Able to empathize with people of different backgrounds
- Detail- and process-oriented
- Thrives in a startup environment
- Responsible and proactive in addressing and solving issues
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Tech savvy, ability to troubleshoot basic internet and computer issues
