Job Posting: Mortgage Instructor – Remote, Commission Based
Next Level Education is seeking experienced mortgage professionals (5+ years) with an active NMLS MLO license to join our Mortgage Instructor Recruitment, Training, and Deployment Program. As a Mortgage Instructor, you'll teach pre-licensing and continuing education courses while leveraging your industry network to recruit students and build relationships within the mortgage community. This flexible, part-time role offers competitive hourly teaching pay and per-student recruitment bonuses.
Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:
· Active NMLS MLO license.
· 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of the mortgage process from origination to post-closing.
· Ability to explain complex mortgage topics in a clear, accessible way to MLOs with different levels of experience.
· Strong motivation to solicit and fill classes in your local area.
If selected, comprehensive training will be provided. You will represent Next Level Education locally, teaching in-person or webinar classes, and growing your personal brand as a trusted industry expert.
