We’re crafting a fresh jewelry collection for a trendy e-commerce brand targeting Gen Z and we need your aesthetic flair to shape our next release!
We already have access to high-quality pieces — from timeless gold hoops to playful charm necklaces — but we’re looking for someone with a strong aesthetic eye and cultural intuition to help us select the most relevant, emotionally resonant jewelry for Gen Z women in North America.
This is a $100 remote gig where you will review a curated collection of 47 jewelry images (earrings, rings, necklaces, etc.) and pick your top 8–12 favorites that genuinely connect with this generation’s style and values.
You don’t need formal experience — what matters is your vibe, taste, and cultural fluency. No calls or meetings, just you, your eye, and your voice.
What You'll Do
Review 47 jewelry pieces
Curate and rank your top 8–12 picks
(Optional) Add 1–2 short lines explaining why each of your selected pieces would resonate with Gen Z — think emotion, aesthetics, or current style cues.
Highlight 3–5 micro-trends from TikTok, Pinterest, or your social feed
Who You Are
A Gen Z creative, student, or tastemaker familiar with TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram
Someone who understands style beyond trends — what feels authentic, timeless, and expressive
Fluent in visual and cultural cues that define Gen Z aesthetics (e.g., “clean girl,” “cottagecore,” “Y2K revival”)or any emerging Gen Z aesthetics you’ve personally noticed or love.
Able to explain why something works — not just “it’s cute,” but why it resonates emotionally and culturally
Passionate about jewelry and style, even without professional curation experience
Bonus Points If You:
Keep a moodboard or collection of jewelry inspiration (e.g., Pinterest boards, IG saves — feel free to share!)
Follow niche jewelry/fashion creators and can name 1–2 that inspire you
Have a knack for spotting style shifts early
Believe jewelry is a form of self-expression, not just decoration

You’ll receive the $100 payment via Upwork upon submitting your selections and trend notes. The task should be completed within 5 days of acceptance.
