Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads and set appointments for our clients
- Leverage a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to cultivate relationships with prospects
- Tailor your approach based on the unique needs and preferences of different prospects
- Engage prospects consistently throughout the sales process, maintaining or elevating interest levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of clients from prospects to satisfied customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and communication
- Qualifications:
- Proven success in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Self-starter with a hunger for learning and achieving goals
- Demonstrated ability in relationship-building and networking
- Excellent communication abilities: articulate, engaging, and persuasive
- Ability to work well independently and in team settings
- General understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
