Blazer Jobs is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to work in an elementary school setting in Danbury, Connecticut. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about working with young children and making a difference in their developmental success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and implement therapeutic programs aligned with IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
- Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist License from the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric or school-based therapy experience.
- Knowledge of CT special education policies and documentation systems.
