Job Description

As a Spotify Support Superstar, you’ll be the voice behind the music, ensuring top-tier support for users. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting users via email and web messaging with their inquiries and concerns
Resolving account and payment issues smoothly and efficiently
Answering β€œHow to” and FAQ questions with clarity and confidence
Troubleshooting and fine-tuning the Spotify experience for our customers

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
βœ… Fluency in French (C1 level) – your words should flow like a great melody
βœ… Strong English skills (B2 or above) – so you can communicate effortlessly with our global audience
βœ… Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
βœ… Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
βœ… Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
βœ… Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
βœ… A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
