About the position
- Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and staff support functions.
- Support the organization with medical records tasks in the electronic health record system.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience providing clerical or administrative support, and/or customer service in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to type 45 words per minute, accurately and consistently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
