We’re hiring a remote, part-time Accounting & Operations Associate to support the founder with accounting tasks, project coordination, reporting, and more.
Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do:
- - Assist with account reconciliations, journal entries, and client reports
- - Support financial dashboards and monthly analysis
- - Participate in client onboarding and Sage Intacct setup
- - Document internal processes and help streamline operations
Qualifications
- What We’re Looking For:
- - Understanding of (or eagerness to learn) accounting basics
- - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- - Clear communicator, self-starter, and team collaborator
- - Bonus: nonprofit experience or familiarity with Sage Intacct
