- * Work with various industries such as business, legal, medical, academic, and media transcription.
- * Conduct basic research to ensure correct spelling of names, terminology, and technical jargon.
- * Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality and error-free transcripts.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent grammar and punctuation.
- * Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
- * Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to handle different accents and audio quality levels.
- * Experience with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai, Descript, Rev, or similar tools).
- * Ability to handle confidential information and follow data privacy guidelines.
- * Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- * Experience in verbatim, non-verbatim, or time-coded transcription is a plus.
