About the position
- Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online instruction in Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, and Calculus.
- Adapt and differentiate curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Organize and implement instructional programs that align with school policies and standards.
- Facilitate virtual meetings with students for direct instruction and support.
- Supervise and guide students in completing asynchronous assignments and discussions on the LMS.
- Collaborate with parents to support student learning outside of class.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to enhance teaching practices.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Valid single subject teaching credential in Mathematics.
- English Learner Authorization (CLAD or CTEL) if not embedded in the credential.
- Reliable internet connection for online teaching.
- Dedicated office space for conducting classes from home.
- Three current letters of recommendation.

- Experience with online teaching platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
