About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Research and determine the likelihood of financial risk to the organization.
  • Develop and design actuarial documentation for financial reports and tax returns.
  • Conduct product line evaluations and interpret financial analyses.
  • Utilize actuarial research to implement development standards and assumptions.
  • Assess and analyze financial risks and opportunities using advanced actuarial methods.
  • Collaborate with business partners to translate mathematical constructs into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and design advanced actuarial models and validate results.
    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience.
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate.
    Nice-to-haves
  • One (1) year experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Five (5) years experience with databases and spreadsheets.
