Commission-Based IT Recruiter (Remote | Ongoing Partnership)

BizTec Global is a fast-growing IT staffing firm helping enterprise clients fill high-impact roles across the U.S. We’re currently scaling our team and seeking commission-only recruiters to help us place top-tier IT talent in roles like Data Engineers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and more.

What You’ll Do:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, or your own network
- Screen and qualify candidates for fit and availability
- Submit candidates into our internal process
- Follow up on interviews and manage candidate communication

Compensation:
- Commission only: You’ll be paid per successful hire
- Commission per placement: $3,000 – $7,000, depending on the role
- No hourly pay — payment is tied to hires only
- Ongoing work available as we grow

Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT or tech roles
- Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Responsive, communicative, and results-driven
- Able to work independently (no handholding)

- A computer, internet connection, and ability to deliver results
