Real Estate Agent – Nashville Launch Team (3 Positions Available)

Embry Group is officially launching in Nashville — and we’re looking for 3 driven, growth-minded agents to help us build our founding team in this exciting new market.

- Who We’re Looking For:
- Must have an active Tennessee real estate license
- Minimum 6 months of experience OR a deep drive to succeed and grow
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ready-to-convert leads
- A team player with a client-first mindset
- Highly accountable and excited to help build something from the ground up in Nashville
- What Success Looks Like:
- 3+ closings/month within 90 days of joining
- Weekly lead conversion check-ins and CRM follow-through
- Attendance at all team meetings and coaching sessions (mostly virtual)
- Willingness to learn our systems and fully plug into support
