Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a full-time, school-based position with a district in the Rock Hill, SC area.
- Requirements to Apply:
- Active South Carolina LPN license
- Must meet state and district-specific clearance requirements (e.g., background check, TB test, and drug screening)
- Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred, but not required
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and medication administration to students
- Implement health care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or School Nurse
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
- Assist in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or seizures
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with faculty and parents as needed
