- Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for hcm processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful integration of oracle hcm cloud with other systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end users and assist in post implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and oracle hcm cloud updates to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Skill Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of oracle hcm cloud modules such as core hr, absence management, compensation, talent management, and payroll.
- Strong understanding of hcm processes and best practices to drive effective solution implementations.
- Proficient in oracle hcm cloud configurations, data migration, and system integrations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex hcm challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively. Certifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
