Role: Salesforce Solution Architect with Oracle HCM knowledge
Location: Remote

1. Salesforce Lightning
2. Salesforce Security
3. Salesforce Visualforce coding
4. Apex programming
5. Oracle (Position is 75% Salesforce and 25% Oracle)
- Job Summary:Required:
- Designed and lead build of complex process management using Salesforce.
- High proficiency in process design and data modelling.
- Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders.
- Hand-on experience with Salesforce build tools ā Flows, App builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and Visualforce.
- Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud org.
- Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR.
- Preferred:
- Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on ExactTarget.
- Experience with complex data conversion modelling.
