Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Cloud applications with on-premise and third-party systems.
- Create and manage integrations, including SOAP and REST-based web services, file-based integrations, and messaging queues.
- Develop and implement complex integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations to meet business requirements.
- System Configuration & Management:
- Configure Oracle Integration Cloud components, such as adapters, connections, and integration flows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage security and access controls for OIC integrations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OIC integrations, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration projects and align with organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on Oracle Integration Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the most effective integration solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using OIC.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and practices.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations, including design specifications, technical architecture, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users to ensure a thorough understanding of OIC integrations.
- Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud components, including adapters, connections, integration flows, and security.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and XML for integration development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Certifications:
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification(s) preferred but not required.
