We’re looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist with proven Omnisend experience to take full ownership of our customer lifecycle marketing—driving conversions, retention, and loyalty through excellent copy and professional-grade visuals.
Project Scope & Deliverables
You’ll be responsible for building and delivering the following in Omnisend:
Pop-up Automation Flows (5 separate goals):
INFLAMMATION & RECOVERY
COGNITIVE SUPPORT
ELITE PERFORMANCE
METABOLIC ENERGY SUPPORT
SLEEP & RELAXATION
✅ Each flow:
3 emails (triggered with delays)
3 SMS messages
✅ Total (across 5 flows):
15 emails
15 SMS messages
Other Automation Workflows:
Abandoned Cart:
3 emails
2 SMS
Back-in-Stock:
1 email
1 SMS
Sunsetting Flow (Inactive Removal):
2 emails
Review Request with Follow-up:
2 emails
1 SMS
Rebuy Reminders (after 45 days, non-subscribers):
2 emails
1 SMS
Post-Purchase Follow-up:
2 emails (including subscription discount and upsell)

27 emails (15 pop-up flows + 12 other flows)
21 SMS messages (15 pop-up flows + 6 other flows)
Responsibilities
Copywriting & Creative:
Write compelling, on-brand, persuasive email copy tailored to our health-conscious customers.
Design high-quality, custom images and banners featuring our supplement products.
Important: Graphic quality must be premium and on-brand. Sub-par visuals will not be accepted.
Omnisend Setup & Integration:
Set up and authenticate our sending domain.
Configure SMS sending capabilities.
Note: Candidate must have proven Omnisend experience (non-negotiable).
Build and Test All Automations:
Build out all email/SMS flows listed above in Omnisend with proper triggers, delays, and segmentation.
Connect pop-up goals to the correct 3-email/3-SMS sequences.
Ensure all flows are functional, optimized for deliverability, and on-brand.
Requirements
Mandatory: Proven, hands-on Omnisend experience (non-negotiable).
Strong email copywriting skills tailored to ecommerce and health/wellness.
Excellent graphic design ability—capable of delivering polished, branded visuals for email and SMS.
Sub-par graphics will not be tolerated.
Understanding of email deliverability and SMS best practices.
Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and triggered campaigns.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience in the supplement/nutrition industry.
Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization.
Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
SMS marketing strategy experience.
Compensation
