We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Disposition Agent to join our remote team. - What You'll Do:
- Manage the entire disposition process from marketing to closing
- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with real estate investors and cash buyers
- Analyze properties and package deals for investor review
- Negotiate terms to maximize deal profitability
- Coordinate property inspections, showings, and buyer walkthroughs
- Collaborate with acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure seamless closings
- Regularly update CRM and track buyer communications and deal progress
- What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or dispositions
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, ARV, and comps
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, driven, and hungry to close deals
- Ability to thrive in a remote, performance-based environment
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and marketing tools
