Full-Time Full Time Client Success Closer – Remote

Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Mon–Thurs 1:30PM–9/10PM MST, Fri 1:30PM–5PM MST
Compensation: Paid Training + Commission (No Cap)
About the Role:
We're looking for a proven high-ticket sales closer to join our remote team. You'll handle live, qualified leads, follow up with prospects, and close high-value deals—no cold outreach required.
- What You’ll Do:
- Pitch warm, pre-set appointments
- Manage your follow-ups and CRM notes
- Track and hit revenue KPIs consistently
- Close offers averaging $5,700 per ticket
- Training & Pay:
- Paid training (~$1,000 for 50 hours)
- Commission-only post-training
- OTE: $100K+ with no earning ceiling
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2C phone/Zoom closing experience
- Closed high-ticket deals ($3,000+)
- Commission was 50%+ of your income last year
- Held no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years
- At least one role with 2+ years of tenure
- Performance recognition within the last 2 years
- Tech-savvy: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), VOIP phone systems
- Not a fit if you’ve only done customer service or account management
