Role: React/Front-End Lead (W2 Only)
Client Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
Project Duration: 12 to18 Months
Pay Rate: $60/Hr. on W2
Summary:
Candidates go through a coding exercise and are therefore expected to be conversant and proficient with coding in ReactJS, as lead candidates are expected to work and lead the team in a hands on manner, with the ability to resolve the more difficult issues.
Expected to be conversant and proficient in problem solving and coding in Java, as lead candidates are expected to work and lead the team in a hands on manner with the ability to working through the more challenging issues.
ReactJS

- Strong understanding of React fundamentals
- React Hooks
- Alternatives state management.
- React Router for navigation and routing.
- React performance optimization .
- Using TypeScript with React, static typing, working with libraries that build with Typescript
- Understand Modern JavaScript features.
- Event handling and DOM manipulation when needed.
- Component Design & Styling with CSS frameworks and methodologies
- Unit Testing & Debugging tools
Java
- These skills are applicable to ongoing work with the project
- OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles
- Exception handling
- Multithreading and concurrency
- Collections framework
- Functional programming (lambdas, streams)
- Java 8+ features
- Spring & Spring Boot Frameworks, Rest, Security, etc.
- Database design, ORMs, SQL and NoSQL
- Designing and consuming RESTful Web Services

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
